Mosaic Project Services Pty. Ltd. treats all personal data with respect and integrity. This is a part of our core values, and the foundation for the conduct of our business. The information collected will be limited to the minimum needed to accurately record the training activities undertaken by clients and/or to process and ship any goods or services purchased. The information displayed on our website and used in our training materials is of a commercial nature only and has either been obtained from public sources or from our clients directly. If ever you want to us to add to your order, or make a refund to your credit card, we will ask you again for your credit card information. Please feel free to call us back if you don't want to give us your card details when we call you. We never sell or share our customers personal information, nor do we sell or share our customers email addresses.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

 

How do we use your Personal Information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Website (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

If you would like to have your data removed from one our third-party suppliers please email [email protected] with your full name and email address with the details of your request. Please note that the personal information you submit using some of the services on our website (including Google Analytics, Demo Product Requests and the Mosaic Projects website) will be stored on secure databases which reside overseas and are managed by third-party technology providers. If you do not want your personal information being stored offshore, please do not submit personal information to us when you use any of the services on our website.

PSD2 and SCA

The European Union have introduced the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2) and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), effective September 2019. These require online payments made within Europe to complete additional authentication. If authentication is required, the customer will need to provide at least two of these three elements:

  • Something the customer knows (like a password)
  • Something the customer has (like a phone)
  • Something the customer is (like a fingerprint)

These requirements are met by our payment gateway interacting with your bank or credit card provider. None of this information exchanged as part of the payment process is held on Mosaic’s web shop.

This policy relates to information provided to us in either 'hard-copy' or electronic format, during the course of us delivering training, consultancy, sales, marketing, or other business services.   • The confidentiality of all of our clients business related information will be respected at all times.
  • We will not use the information provided other than for the purposes it was collected.

  • Sensitive information including credit card details and bank account details are managed in a secure environment, and in accordance with industry best practice. We comply with the Westpac Banking Corporation 'Merchant Terms and Conditions'.
We have implemented technology and security policies, rules and measures to protect the confidential and/or personal information that we have under our control from unauthorised access, improper use, alteration, unlawful or accidental destruction and accidental loss:
  • Business information held in electronic format, including but not limited to Word files, Excel files, Database files, and PDF files, are stored in our secure Office 365 'cloud' server operated by Microsoft Corporation.   • Our business systems allow for the retention of selected files on computers within our office (not stored on the web); on request we can configure a clients account to avoid the use of the Office 365 data system.
  • Paper records are stored in our office until disposal, we do not use off-site storage or off-site archiving.

We will remove confidential and/or personal information from our system when it is no longer required, or on receipt of a request to remove a clients information; except where archiving is required by law.
